Sunset Flow
Unwind and reconnect as the sun dips below the horizon with this gentle Hatha yoga flow. 
This class is designed to harmonize your breath with movement, fostering a sense of inner peace and calm as the day transitions to evening. 
Leave this practice feeling rejuvenated and ready for a night of deep, restorative sleep.


Hatha Yoga
Breath-based Hatha yoga is a beautiful journey inward. It's a way to connect with your body, quiet your mind, and cultivate inner peace. In our hyper-connected world, this practice offers a vital space for self-discovery and a foundation for a more balanced and fulfilling life. This flow goes beyond just achieving the perfect pose. It connects us to a lineage of yogis who used breath and movement to cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and well-being. 

Moonlit Yin
In Yin yoga, we surrender to the pose, releasing any need to force or control. We'll utilize gentle postures, held for extended periods, to target connective tissues and release the tension where stress accumulates in your body. We simply allow ourselves to be, aligning with the natural rhythm of our breath and bodies. This introspective journey will guide you towards harmony and balance so you're ready to face the world with a renewed sense of calmness.

Rise & Shine
Start the day with some gentle movement to wake you up, get you feeling fresh and ready for the day ahead. We’ll be taking inspiration from all yoga styles as well as adding in some mobility & core activation to really help you rise & shine.
Give the snooze button a miss - start the day by getting yourself moving!


Align & Flow
Let’s move the body with the breath and create space in the body & mind. This is my signature vinyasa yoga inspired class to help improve movement & body awareness. Move with purpose and intent, and focus on what really matters.
Or just come to throw some funky shapes.

Body Conditioning
Calling all fitness lovers! This class is my strength & conditioning class bringing in elements of cardio fitness, strength training, & core strength. We’ll use dumbbells, kettlebells, balls, steps etc. This class will definitely get you sweating and your heart pumping. Great for weight loss and toning muscles.
Don’t forget your bottle of water!

Core Movement
Taking inspiration from Pilates & Yoga - stretching your muscles is great but it’s also good to strengthen them, especially your joints. We’ll discover our ranges of motion, work muscles we didn’t know we had, and improve posture, alignment and overall mobility.

Flow & Restore
Ease into the week with this class, where you are encouraged to focus on the breath and mindful movement to cultivate a feeling of balance and inner calm. Slower paced postures are practiced to wake up and energise the body, followed by time at the end for relaxation to ensure you leave feeling rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead.
This class is perfect for those who enjoy a slower paced class and those newer to yoga (including complete beginners).


Meno Yoga
Designed to help empower women to manage symptoms from Perimenopause to Post Menopause, this class is perfect for those wanting to balance energy and heat within the body. Postures to build strength and flexibility are included along with gentle, slower movements and breath to expel heat and calm the mind. Every posture is an invitation and ladies are encouraged to be with themselves where they are at, moving at a pace that feels good for you in that moment.
This class is not exclusively for those who are in Perimenopause, Menopause or Post. So feel free to come and join if you would like a slower paced class with the option for tea and chat after class. All levels welcome.

Power Flow
This flow class, inspired by the dynamic Ashtanga sequence, is perfect for those who wish to build strength and increase flexibility. We focus on rhythmic breath throughout to fuel the practice and calm a busy mind. A set sequence of postures is included with a fusion of creative vinyasa flow.
Sun salutations are practised to generate heat and energy in the body. Heat is then released through subsequent asana (postures) and through the breath.

Candlelit Yin & Restorative
This class is the perfect antidote to modern life and daily stress. Each class will include a mixture of postures aimed at releasing physical and mental tension. Breathing practices will be included followed by gentle movement to mobilise. Yin postures are held for a few minutes to invite a deep stretch and release in the body. Plenty of time will then be dedicated to relaxing restorative postures to fully reset the nervous system and cultivate peace and calm.
Reiki (a gentle, non-invasive healing practice) is offered during restorative postures but is entirely optional.

Beginners Yoga
Brand new to yoga or returning after injury? This class will teach you the basics with a gentle introduction to both poses and breathwork. You'll challenge yourself as you work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose.


Hatha Yoga
Hatha (mean sun & moon) - Working through the asanas, finding your balance both physically and spiritually.
Hatha is considered a gentle yoga that focuses on static poses and is great for beginners. However, even though it is gentle, it can still be physically and mentally challenging. Combining breathing practices, asanas, and mindfulness, this class helps to increase flexibility, strength, clarity, and balance. Suitable for all abilities.

Yin/Restorative Yoga
This gentle paced class is perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Holding the poses for longer, getting deeper into the stretches, leaving feeling restored. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. Suitable for all abilities 

Vinyasa Slow Flow
Flowing through the asanas. This faster paced class links different poses moving from one to another in a sequence.  Suitable for those familiar with Hatha yoga or have some previous yoga practice. These flow yoga classes move at a slower pace and are rooted in the idea of intentional movement. Moving at a slower pace enables the body to take deeper breaths and creates space for a deeper mind body connection. Each pose flows into the next to help cultivate a sense of a moving meditation.
